Are You Dehydrated? Here's How to Know!

Did you know that 75% of people are chronically dehydrated? In fact, the average person only consumes 2.5 glasses of water per day! The body needs water to function properly! If the body gets dehydrated, a whole gamut of issues can develop, making you feel unwell, lowering you immune system, and ultimately affecting your life!


So how do you know if your body is dehydrated? Here are common signs of dehydration:


  • Headaches

  • Light headed or dizziness

  • Muscle cramps

  • Little urination

  • Dry mouth

  • Dry eyes

  • Dark yellow urine with a strong smell.


I think it's time for a glass of water, don't you?
