Help for Constipation

Do you struggle with Constipation? Do you poop at least once a day? If not, there are easy steps you can take to stay regular!


  • Water, water and more water!

  • Incorporate good fats.

  • Exercise, move your body.

  • Increase water foods; fruit, veg, soup...

  • Add fermented foods or probiotics.

  • Limit gluten, chocolate, bananas & cheese.

  • Avoid any food sensitivities.
