Do you suffer from Migraines? Much of the help offered for migraines to help alleviate symptoms takes some time, as they are working on a problem that has taken often years to develop. However, what do you do in the moment when you head is in excruciating pain, or when you feel a migraine coming on?


The following tips can offer immediate relief:

  • Drink a ginger tea.

  • Soak feet in hot water.

  • Cold compress on front and back of head.

  • No stimulation, no sound, quiet room.

  • Eyes closed, no light, sit in the dark.
