Get in Shape!

Here we go again. Summer has rolled around and you are scolding yourself for not getting in shape in the winter so you could be ready for "bathing suit season". But it's not too late! Why not start in the summer? Did you know that statistically speaking, you are much more likely to stick to a regimen if you start in the summer!?


Here's why...


  • Better weather for outdoor exercise.

  • Lighter longer feels like more daytime hours.

  • More exposure to sunlight and Vitamin D.

  • Fruits/veggies available and affordable.

  • Easier to wake up in the morning.

  • Forms a solid routine by the fall.
